Heralded by her Faceless, the Oracle of Aphros emerges to make a brief, yet poignant speech-- the people of the Grove listen, while wider kingdoms find a summary mysteriously posted in the night, describing well the message His Dutiful Daughter had brought to her flock.
"You know, I actually somewhat had hope in your ability to change. I believed that you were capable of turning yourself around, as others had-- of dedicating your blade to endeavors far more righteous."

"I declare the woman known as Arlyss to be Excommunicated and to be an outlaw to the Aphrosi state. She is to find no shelter within our walls, and if seen within our territory, she is to be apprehended without delay."
"I have my limits. Assaulting a sovereign of a different nation for no reason other than that you disagree with the bloody ceasefire on the grounds that it isn't valid as long as you're there? Well, that goes well past them."
