Prospera 2105AC Draft

Found within the debris of the roof of Prosperas Golden Tower is multiple copies of the 2105AC Prospera State of Meranthe draft, papers meant to be spread across Meranthe, but now only left to rot in the wind.

- It takes but a few short years for things to change drastically within the City of Coin, as people begin leaving a stagnated city, others begin to return and take their rightful places within. All that come to the land is welcomed with open arms, barring those of the Fel, while the laws and policies of Prospera undergo a drastic overhaul in an attempt to not be a dying nation.

- Vosa Liadan has peacefully retired from their position as head and owner of Prospera.

- Vokel Liadan has taken his birthright position as new head and owner of Prospera, bringing about their own changes within the city.

"It is by my own vision, that I will recreate Prospera anew, from the crumbling city it became into one that will stand proud and tall within Meranthe, and those that wish to join us are welcome with open arms." - Vokel Liadan

- Prospera the City of Gold has been officially changed to Prospera the City of Deals and Oaths.

"Coin is great, but it does not signify prosperity within these walls. It does not signify a culture, a community, what signifies all of these is a promise, a promise to never break ones word. To stand by the contracts that are crafted, the oaths that are made, the deals that are written. New laws are being made for this change as we speak, a strict punishment for those that break their word within these walls."

- Previous stances of Prospera before new leadership is still -mostly- in place, but are being looked upon for revisions. Yet what Prospera was built on still stands, peace within its own borders from outside influences, solitude from outside wars.

"Let it be known, that even though we wish for no violence in our borders. We also understand that words do not fix everything, when one side cannot conclude that they need to stop speaking with an unearned ego. Such matters can happen, which has led to a recent situation inside Prospera that was concluded peacefully in a meeting."

- With ?????????????, the council of Prospera has been reworked. It is now a system of four different parties with each with one vote barring the first seat of the council having two votes as to break what would be ties, while acting as the spokesperson for the entirety of Prospera barring some of the councils specific duties.

- For the hunting and deaths of Vel and Entchen, Serenity is currently banned from Prospera walls, but discussions are open.

- Factory Work is once again starting up.

- Prospera is looking for more fighters

- RISE is banned.

- Maids are banned.

"These have caused more issues then gains in recent years, so Maids are hereby banned, as we grow away from being known as 'the place with a maid cafe'."

- All of Prospera real estate will soon be scoured to make sure it all belongs to active Prospera citizens, if it does not, it will be raided with ample warning and then given to an actual citizen of Prospera.
