Reparations

With the news of a citizen of Xuefeng falling victim to a poisoning during the tournament held within Martyr's Vigil, a flock of ravens is sent outward, to nations, news outlets, and persons of interest.
And with it, comes a notice, from the Regent & Arbiter of Xuefeng, Akane Nakano.

Quote:To poison one of my citizens is one thing,
But to poison one at an event held in good nature is another.

I will find who you are, and be it through malice, or benign negligence,
Reparations will be made.

And thus, you've an opportunity, to absolve yourself of your sins.

Hand yourself over, and let us see you put to court for your actions,
Where proper reparations can be extolled for such a dishonorable act.

Your time is limited.
Do not make me look for you.

Once more do Ravens fly, from the Shengese foothold within the mountains.
With tidings, that ultimately bode well for the outcome of the recent 'incident'.
Each carried, with the undeniable scent of peace lilies following them.
No doubt, marked upon the papers themselves.

Quote:I most certainly am a fan of seeing things handled properly, like adults.
Without the need for misunderstandings and confusion; though I must admit, I am not particularly fond of people involving themselves within my nation's business, where they have not been asked to, especially not when it almost causes more problems than solutions.

The culprit for the incident has been revealed, and discussions with their nation's law enforcement, and the offended party have lead to a proper conclusion, one in which we have elected to take upon a lighter stance; though, encourage all to be wary of such acts in future. For it is a simple culmination of mistakes that may ultimately lead to a tarnishing of one's reputation, and thus leading to an ultimately misguided enactment of the Pillar of Judgment among your peers.

All perceived crimes have been forgiven, this incident now marked as little more than an unfortunate footnote in all involved's shared legacies.
May honour and prosperity follow you, and your families.

With great respect,
Regent Akane Nakano.
