The Lovers

This card represents relationships and choices. It's appearance in a deck indicates a decision in an existing relationship, a temptation of the heart, or a choice of potential partners. This time, it's representation is the former.

A wedding was predicted to be on the horizon, one that the Imperfect Mettadora had been diligently planning as for the two involved, everything had to be perfect- or so the mortal slaves claimed to her for such an occasion. Thus, she spared no mental expense in making the slaves work tirelessly until they got some things right, for on this day those who wish it are cordially invited to the unholy union of two Cambions that found each other in the midst of chaos.

The Dark Prince, Aatrigor & The Soon-to-be Dark Princess, Ospirin

There have been a few 'special' invitations sent out, and as such if the brave souls attend, they will not be harmed. It was a request of the bride and groom after all. Respect on their special day must be given. Additionally...there will be a special announcement from the Demon Queen herself, call it a gift for her child and their bride-to-be.

Weddings always come with fun surprises. Announcements, little bits of gossip. Shocks. In this particular one? Mettadora decided to announce that she lost the wedding present for Aatrigor and Ospirin. Where did she lose it? Ravenhold~

So, some non-magi clad in black armor would show up to start setting up some war camps. Metta herself has decided that Aatrigor and Ospirin would be the ones to lead this little venture...but she will still be partaking. There is a very particular individual she wants to see.

Giancarlo my darling mentor. I witnessed you become a true warrior bathed in blood as you and yours took on that odd little place with the funny little name. Now, we want to pay you a visit and see what fun toys you have. See I lost a wedding present there, somewhere. Dunno where but I'll know it when I see it. Hopefully we'll run into each other while I go searching through that fortress, hm?

Transport ships are continuously docking on the shores of the Silvanas Clan Fortress, and the cemetery is surrounded by incense and non-magi individuals offering prayers to their chosen God from the Pantheon. The spiritual presence on the island is strong, particularly marked by the Spiritist himself.

Under the celestial heavens does a deep sigh resonate through Gala's Tapestry. An exhale of exhausting echoes out from across Meranthe at this declaration of war and love. Over the weeks coming to the war, astrologers of the Night Mother's Vigil quickly scurry around, reporting the shifts in the night sky above.

'Love and war.'

Your attempts at poetry are blown to smithereens under the simple pretense of what you are, Mettadora. There is no love under the Veil of nothingness you wish to bring over our lands. Your people follow you blindly to their own bitter end, for they are negligent to the fact that if you succeed they will be next.

I had assumed that after the exposition of Penumbra as well as the underwhelming performance of your fighters in the Dark Tournament you'd buckle in and try to grow your own forces. It seems I was wrong, you will continue your rampage until you are exterminated with no rhyme or rhythm.

Come to Ravenshold, come. Gala's gratitude is immense we don't have to come to you. 

Yet know, they are not going to be left alone. The Warriors of Light, Gala's emissaries will be waiting. Those of Londo are also welcome to join.
