Astra - The Light in the Darkness

For too long has the side of Umbra within the Bastion been able to grow, throwing off the carefully maintained and required balance within the military. At long last, a new Captain has found himself at the helm of ensuring this balance is once within the military’s grip. To this end, Ezra has gone to work immediately, with posters being lined upon the lamp posts within both Gloomlight and further into Unreality itself.

The main focus of Astra is listed, as well as encouragement to seek out it’s new Captain should any squires or Knights find themselves leaning more towards its tenets than Umbra:

Astra finds itself as the peacekeepers of our nation, dedicated to upholding the order and balance that mankind often finds slipping out of their grasp. We are devoted to Athelios, the Lord of Duality himself, and so even those of the Faith are welcome to join if they wish to ensure Athelios’ teachings are maintained through force if need be.

Yet we do not find ourselves only looking outwards to other nations and suspicious groups that arise, as we must always keep an eye internally just as well. It is our duty to work alongside Umbra, but as always, there may be those who need to be reminded not to stray too far off the cosmic scale of balance that Athelios has worked so meticulously hard to maintain. Thus it falls to us to be always aware of when the shadows threaten to spread outside of their own sphere of balance and to remedy it if necessary.

Some may call it questionable, but it is required to keep this order of balance maintained at all times.

No matter how dark the days get, just remember:

Order is necessary, the peace must be kept and discipline adhered to. Despite this, life has room for that alongside mercy and harmony when possible.
