Much like the Faceless, the plane of unreality has been an open secret among the world. Undeniable amongst reports, and witness accounts- yet difficult to pin down and study.
For the rare few that dedicate themselves to Aphros and Gloomlight, those scholars that seek mastery over matters of the mind- a glimpse into that realm beyond the realm can be granted. Access to the keep permitted, to the library that seems to stock itself up with books and treatises when no eye is watching.
Though... those that have gained the privilege often return with a story of horrors unspeakable. Raven feathers found amongst the myriad tomes. Rustling in the bushes, a mass falling from a nearby tree, and the sound of a distant screech of a caw. A book lifted from the shelf, only to reveal a peering pale grey eye and the sound of heavy breathing.
