The Oldman had recently returned from his simple quest of Goblin manslaughter, and bringing liberation upon the Delphinian folks that were preyed upon by the Criminals of Meranthe. And...He doesn't seem happy in response to these posters. A bloodied hand would be painted on each of them.

I'm going to assume that there is no reason why you are actively threatening people with a warning of territory..

I'm going to assume .. that you are not actively trying to defend in an area, which my own parents have raised the money and helped substantially to build....

I'm going to assume that you have no idea what's going on..
