Collection of Observations: Of Unknown Phenomena: Frozen Time "Lag"
#1
Building on the previous hypothesis [See section Of Unknown Phenomena: Unnatural Regrowth], it builds onto some interesting correlations with other observed phenomena. Of them, the most over-aching and prevalent are those rare cases in which the world, for the lack of better adjective, seems to stutter, slow, or even freeze in its entirety.

I have observed such rare cases personally multiple times, however it seems that most others simply ignore, or perhaps even be unaware, of such phenomenon. Perhaps it is within the human psyche to ignore such phenomenon too grand to grasp. I seem to be able to remember... that I've done the same, ignored such phenomenon.

Perhaps it is my realization into Time Magic and the machinations of motion that I do, but perhaps it's something else.

I digress.

I have observed that the likelihood of this phenomenon occurring exponentially grows during heights of wars and battle between mass groups of mages and magic is employed en masse. The reasons for doing so relates to the previous Unnatural Regrowth phenomenon hypothesis, in which a grand Time spell is hypothesized to undo damage done to the environment by unnatural magics employed by most mages.

If damage is being done is so much and so fast, as a war or battle of a certain magnitude may cause, it will actively hinders this Unnatural Regrowth phenomenon. A disparity in what should be and what is. This disparity would cause the proposed Grand spell to faulter and recalibrate for the new damages. This recalibration takes time, and for a Time spell of this magnitude to take time...

Well... the world may just wait for it.

[Hypothesis: UNCONFIRMED]: Further observation required.
