A Message Brought in Crimson Scales.

Over the lands of Meranthe, a few small crimson figures coil through the sky in the shape of small dragons and reptiles, vitae granting them flight and life. These small ‘creatures’ would settle and land in the non-fel area’s of Meranthe, hidden and resting in nooks and buildings. A complicated weave of blood magic, these crimson figures are nothing but pure blood mana, and just a small amount of their creators own blood. Never grotesque, they rest as mere imitations of what they represent in shape, an illusion full of life. Yet within their forms is sequenced information and a greeting alike in their proxy cells and fabricated genetic code. To those who have blood mana twisting through their circuits, or to perhaps even those who do not, the information easily speaks of an offer…

If you’re finding this, I hope it wasn't that hard to get this information. I designed them specifically not to be, a difficult little trick. But let me get right into it, as much information as this blood mana can hold, time is ever precious. I am Ksceniya C. Montelione, a scholar and the head of the Montelione house. As a researcher of blood mana and blood itself, one who’s domain stretches over vitae and life in my prideful wings, this message goes out to those who are interested in the same. Those who wish to learn of a world of blood.

Blood is biological. But there is plenty more to the aspects of blood than just the cells that beat through our hearts, and more than just something that can be only used in combat. Even in an active battle, a simple dive into what a blood magi can do increases one's potential greatly. Blood does not need to only be taken from others, it just as well can be cultivated by one's own self. There are many options, many ways to rise just beyond the basics.

I wish to offer a chance of that to those who are in need.

From simple manipulations as stopping blood loss, to making superior and cultivated cells within one's own veins. Such can blood make useful chemicals or alchemical regents, or make the impossible happen through sacrifice. Binding a weapon or an object to one's family line, making it only usable by them. Even such, with enough work, one could bind a mana to one's bloodline itself, making their descendants more attuned to its magic. Such is only a little of what our magic can do for others, let alone ourselves.
