Invites and missives were issued from the city of Skarnfel, finding their way to the Fel Empire's vassals without delay and even extending their reach to its allies in Sheol, posting the Lord's decree. Summons facilitated by loyal servants, heeding both the denizens of the Empire and Sheol to assemble themselves upon a grand meeting amidst the presence of both Overlord and Queen, to be addressed by both. The reasoning behind such sudden call wasn't quite definite, with rumors insinuating that it was only a few days prior that both sovereigns and their respective advisors had convened in a meeting of their own.
