It had been so many years since the Horn of Amier sounded and now it sounds again.

Countless people fled Aphros prior to its destruction. A home was lost but that was not all. In the doomsday like scenario preceding it, civilians had lost their memories and with it, the chaos that entails.

Shortly after the Kingdom of Aphros' destruction, when the refugees no longer see black smoke in the sky, Grimnir's horn howls across Delphina. Any magi that find purpose in the fight are summoned into the descended land of their city and given opportunity.

TARGET: TALGUTH'S REALM.
OBJECTIVE: Abduct the remaining non-magi/civilians of Aphros.

Echoes of Unreality linger within the material plane following the sacking of Aphros, non-existence mingling with Reality for these brief moments of temporal instability after the Descent. Yet, even as they were delivered their supposed salvation, those without are eager to pull free the lesser folk from what could possibly be their eternal prison.

The ancient arts of Wayfinding are called upon, glyphs dancing through space to draw open a portal through the Lifestream to the Mind Eater's domain. But not all goes according to their  intentions, the great portal to deliver a raiding force not nearly as large to permit such.

Restrained. Meager. Almost as if the Lifestream was willingly constricting itself to bar their passage save for only a handful of Magi. The intent was clear enough for those on this side of the portal.

It was an invitation. The Mind Eater would speak with them.
