APHROS: The Umbral Reform
#1
[Image: The_Umbral_Reform.png?ex=653f4032&is=652...90c961d67&]

"As of today. Every single Umbral Knight has been demoted to Squire. Upon this day, do the new trials of the Bastion begin for there is too much weakness within the ranks of the Bastion and I will not have it anymore. Due to the failures, and the sheer loss of life that the Bastion has been unable to protect, do I deem it unfit for war as of this moment.  The Warden shall guide us all, and through these new trials shall I be your guiding hand. Like a shepherd with sheep.

The Captaincy has returned to the Bastion and by my first decree will there be a new order of things. Such as my wife wanted, such as the Oracle has deemed fit for you all. There will be a new process in order to become a knight of Aphros. Only the worthy shall be, only those who show conviction and strength shall be allowed to call themselves a Knight of the Bastion.

Through Death, you learn how to truly live.

Through Life, you learn how unfair fate can be.

And through Fate, shall you march to the ends of the world.

Or you will die trying."

A new decree has been given by the recently promoted Lyco Corbin, Captain of the Umbral Knights.
  • All current Umbral Knights have been demoted back to Squire, some cases may be made but must be presented directly to Lyco or Seliph.

  • New trials have been presented towards the Bastion, and in three years' time a tournament shall take place in Aphros to crown a new Guardian of the Bastion (Leadership Disqualified for such role.)

  • Rumors circulate that the possible return of the Soulbound weaponry of the Bastion may be in the works.

  • Astral Knights are welcome to join the new trials. Though they are not required to do so.

  • Those of who still wish to join the Bastion may speak to Lyco or Seliph.

With the new year, so comes a new challenge for the Umbral Squires. As the darkness of the world ever comes closer to the borders and the people of Aphros, their need to fight has only grown far stronger than ever before. The Captain has now issued a new way to get points with willing challengers for the Umbral Squires to face off in, as well as a different point adjustment regarding the Knight Trials.

Through the vote of their peers. Certain Squires have had their scores reset.

The Restricted Duels are now Null. Even upon Capture, there are No Points given.

Squires are now not allowed to deny another challenge from a fellow squire- rejecting a challenge shall result in a Loss of One Point.

Squires may fight against any Challenger presented. Throughout the year, more challengers will be added.

The Year of The Grand Challenge has begun!

The Challengers
Those who wish to be added to the roster, contact Captain Lyco Corbin.
