Afterparty - Sheol vs Audhild

Only a short time had passed since the attempted prison break on Sheol grounds. It was a battle that ended in gruesome failure for Crafting Delights & Audhild. Yet, despite the conclusion of the battles. . .

The music hasn't stopped.

The celebration hasn't ended.

Already, the blood has run free. The deaths of numerous fighting men and women. The death of Benjamin Thomson. The passing of Mero Dominic. All of them primers for what's to come. Within the boundaries of Sheol, the continuous celebration mounted upon itself until it could be contained no more. It is at this point that ships begin to sail, crossing the waters to reach Audhild at the border as night approaches.

Cultists are steeped in brutal madness. They are invigorated by the showing of their Princess, driven by a goal that has been mounting for years.

Upon the shores of Audhild, with a sky blanketed in red.

When the turn of the clock's hand reaches midnight.

The Afterparty Begins.

In the wake of months of negotiations for the life of one Mero Dominic it appears that despite kindness extended and offers made Audhild decided to choose wrong.
After the nights of revelry within the Gilded Spire, the Golden Keep is not done dancing. Now the dance of blood begins.

Preparing within the Keep itself, laughter spills out in mockery.

"Let's see anyone support you now, Galland Silvanas. I warned you.

It appears Sheol's exposure was not enough for all of Meranthe's ears so let's make this a bit clearer for anyone who might aid Audhild.
Soldiers of Audhild came into my city and what proclamations did they have for its people while brandishing their nyctorre weapons?

"We have a working relationship with Lord Xarxes."

Those who support Audhild are those who in return support the Fel.

Ironic how you end up in this situation now when you surround yourself with those so eager to equip themselves with the ore of undeath and work with the Fel Nations so easily. 
Do they call you Lord? Or is that just the enemy they grant honorifics to?

I told you I would raze your city, burn it to the ground, and kill your people.

After brief communication between Sheol and the Golden Keep, the duo joined together.

A Press Conference addressing several claims the company has heard has been called, in the new district of The Delightful Township. As always the Voice of the Company speaks in the companies interests.

"First I have heard that Silvanus and I are necromancers. This was news to us.
Now you boldly march against us saying that we are in business with the Time Lord.
To address this I will ask you, if that makes any sense at all. To be working with the ruler of the Fel as the Fel brazenly march towards their destruction by our hands.
This propaganda spreading by witches is rather hilariously, the people of Audhild will stand in the face of death as we always have. For we do not care what kind of propaganda you spread, instead we will continue to move against you.
As we have been. A soldier of mine has reported the fact that she was able to go there and defeat three magi of your country, this so called 'Golden Keep'. A laughable name as the Company controls the economy, the poor needing to name themselves after the color of coin because they have none.
With approval of the companies Proprietor the company is activating Contingency Plan A

Nothing more was said by the companies voice, believing that talking in such a time would not be necessary. However whatever this contingency plan was the company seemed confident in it's ability to defend the city.

Uniformed men and women bearing the crimson and golden cloaks of Audhild find themselves with their guns fixed along Audhild's walls once again as the machines of war are built at their gates to tear down their homes.

The people stand at the ready.

"Necromancer's in Audhild? Witches? The same old shit rumours spun, time and time again. All to justify your loss. It's a piss-poor claim.

"Your incapability to negotiate my demands with your supposed allies was his undoing. How long will your frail relationship last, I wonder?"

"If only I had a horde of undead to throw at you, wouldn't such a thing be convenient for a town of Necromancers?"

"Rich, coming from the likes of Sheol."

"Come then, face your deaths at my hand!"

Audhild's leader, Galland Silvanas continues to organize the defence, delegating to his Commander and Captains as they work tirelessly to prepare for what was surely to soon come.

The sounds of war filled the town, night and day the forges never ceased. All able and ready hands would learn to wield a weapon.

"Hmm? I was prepared to go in alone, but it seems that you share the same thoughts."

A group of ookami begin to gather near Audhild and slam their fist into their chests, as they stand before their white haired ookami commander. The banner of the Melodians is held high above them to show their affiliation proudly.

"For years, I have practiced Preservation. Surviving and making sure to follow the teachings of Asena. However, I had leaned too much into Preservation and ignored those who disrupted the balance."

"Those comments about Audhild supporting the Fel will not turn us away. For preserving ourselves and ignoring the death that is to come from the destruction of Audhild will not follow the teachings of the Melodians."

"No longer will we sit on the side! For this battle and many more to come, we will be there to stop those who bring ruination in excess!"

"We of the Melodians' Morrigana will be here to defend Audhild!"

Objective: Defend Audhild and Preserve the Balance

An hour before the main siege against Audhild's walls did lacerations begin to weave through reality. The flanks of the gathered Fel Forces suddenly under-attack by azure clothed individuals, their affiliation to the organization RISE evidently displayed; as Spirit Wards utilized riftmancy to assault the subsidiary attacking force of Sheol. Whilst guerilla warfare was underway, so too did the main bulk of RISE's reinforcements appear within Audhild's walls. The Spirit Wards and Descendants joining the fray on the side of their allies Audhild.
