The more one advances, the more one loses

For the more one achieve, the more they want

So, more will they have to offer in order to reach..

What is desired.

    

And even when a crown is set upon their head,

more and more will be craved for.

And more they will do to achieve it,

little materring what it is..
Or the cost.

    

For a goal must be reached,

to fill a emptiness inside that took root..

And the god knows..

How empty one can become,

how desperate, ruthless..

During their descension for power.
