The Demon King's Somber Decree

With the ascent of the Demon King surely came news of those who had fallen.
Iliane. Wolfgang. Amalene.
Three souls lost of the fel forces.
The combined revelry of Sheol and darkness of Skarnfel had come at the price of three beloved.

A message is not posted on public boards, but imparted through shadowed birds of ill omens, whispered through a broken voice.
The Imperfect, Na’Ria, had a request to make of the Delphinian court.
One that, if listened to, would surely earn their temporary favor.
Or, at least, stave off an immediate attack.

"I would ask of you to bring us what we have lost.
Return the remains of Amalene and Iliane to Sheol,
to be tended to by their beloved and broken-hearted.
So that those who loved them dearly can have their closure.

I… want Wolfgang back.
Even if he is nothing but a corpse.
Even if all that remains is a monument depicting his death.
He is the one that believed in me most, of all my kin.

I want to see him again.
One last time.”

Should the Delphinian royalty listen to such a demand, audacious as it was?
Or would such a reclaimant process lead to further ruination, upon both sides?
