As things would seem to break out at the home of the Silvanas family. It would be a matter of great importance for the future. A message to those people and council.
"This a message to the council. Prepare for a meeting around the afternoon times. (9pm est or soon 9:30pm est friday 07/07/23). A change of things to come will be held by Galland Silvanas as of now that changes to the roles were to come and future plans for the city development. This is mandatory meeting for such a time. And everyone of the council if not there to attend will be updated on the current events by the board."
