In the desert far on the edge of Meranthe a large tower was erected in the middle of a thriving market place with many buildings. This development stirring interested in the location that housed a certain shop, now having many locations around it's building.

News outlets flocked to the scene and one of the workers decided to make an official press release to the public.

"Hello all I am Umbra, Silvanus' assistant and Crafter of Crafting Delights. We are a brand that has been operating for generations, mostly due to our proprietor, Silvanus who had operated outside these very caves since he was fourteen years old.

This was about sixty years ago, and though many stores exist, and more will surely pop up this is our main base of operations. The tower was erected to help protect the employees that live close to the proprietor. We do a range of various different things from Alchemy, Artificing, and even many commissions. Our thriving market is one of the best in all of Meranthe.

We have expanded quite a bit in the last three years, going from a company of only about three people to now housing and actively employing eleven total crafters, and this number is sure to rise.

We also are able to be hired for mercenary contracts and will charge roughly twenty to thirty thousand crowns per person needed for the job.

We hope that everyone in Meranthe is excited as we are for our locations expansion as well as the many stores we now run and operate, and if you are a merchant looking to master the way of the craftsman I do suggest coming down to our location right on the edge of Meranthe and the Expanse." 

The crafters insignia is proudly shown at the end of the interview. A symbol that show's their companies dedication, a Snake Wrapped around a Hammer with flowers on the sides. Truly a magnificent sight.

Structure

---

Proprietor

The Proprietor is the current owner of the brand and the leader of the faction. They have dedicated their life to their craft and are a menace on the battlefield. One holding this position has created many works and are considered highly skilled in all walks of their fields. The Proprietor is also in-charge of promotions.

Lead Crafter

A member of this rank has proven themselves a cut above the rest and are excellent at their craft/crafts. A Lead Crafter takes the helm of various projects and strives to make great creations under the companies name. This rank is a leadership position for various different projects the guild will be commissioned to do as well as a leader in any war band that might form for the company. Needs both skilled crafting and combat ability. They can hire people into the company.

Crafter

Though many in the guild will be a crafter this is someone who has already been on many projects. This position is rewarded to those who have dedicated their lives to their craft and strive to be the best they can be, holding the companies brand in high regards.

Employee

An Employee is someone who has proven themselves in the company with any range of work. May it be with Crafting, Mercenary contracts, or gathering materials for the organization.

Associate

Everyone who is hired onto the company starts at this position. This is the entry level job everyone starts at, though an Associate with remarkable skill will be utilized in a range of different things. From crafting orders, mercenary contracts, and gathering it is not simply grunt work and the brand will pay you for your individual efforts, fairly.

• Silvanus doesn't really like making forum posts besides item apps at all, as his assistant I will probably be covering the majority of anything we are posting.
  
• This guild is a merchants, bounty hunter and a mercenary guild first and foremost. Though not every member of it needs to be a mercenary and not everyone needs to be a crafter we have many different jobs that need to be done to provide smooth product to our customers.
  

• We are a neutral faction, as in we do not discriminate on the Crafting Delights plot as long as there is coin involved. We do not care who you are.
  
• This does not mean you have to share our beliefs outside the place of business, if we are contracted to do a job in against a settlement you are not ICly comfortable fighting against due to your own IC you do not have to come to the war with the other members.
  
• You do not have to live near the small community we set up in the Expanse to be apart of the guild. We actually want to expand our brand to every city in Meranthe, we should mostly operate here.
