Year: 2055
From the shores of Fortune, a call has been sent, one that would reach the many corners of Meranthe. The empire gifted a glimpse towards the prospects of Fortune’s evolution, and one that any who were willing had been given an invitation. Posted, sent by letter, it mattered little the call had been given.
It read simply, gifting all who wished to aid in Fortune’s education, research, and application of newfound technologies some assurances. The applicants would be offered lodging, as well as a means for transportation between the islands of the Archipelago if they weren’t already supplied with such.
The Chamberlain would be forming a new research sect of Fortune’s shores, one that would be dedicated to the growth and progress of the nation’s interest. But also, the empire as a whole. One that would inspire innovation, the grandeur of continued and improved progression.
It would be a difficult task, but one that the whole of Fortune would benefit from. Of course, only those with the eye for craft, those that could find merit in the mundane. They would be the chosen applicants.
The Percipience could ask for no less.

Current Goals
⁜ The Percipience has a main goal in mind. To innovate, to inspire, and to allow for the whole of Fortune to thrive. The goal of the institution is to gather anyone willing, able minded, and curious enough to push for new boundaries. Stagnation is something the whole of its members cannot abide by.
ↈ⁜ There are whispers of a grand project, one the Chamberlain will be undertaking with the Percipience in time. One that will be pertinent to safeguarding Fortune’s continued prosperity. For now, it remains obscure but such rumor is often founded in truth.
ↈ⁜ Any of the newfound sect that have potential ideas, projects, or potential expeditions for new lands, resources, or oddities. Should report them to the Chamberlain for evaluation, to see if the group should dedicate their time towards such ventures. Or if they should be left as personal matters.
