[The Black Knight]

The Black Order has taken it upon themselves to conduct a census in Theria. 
Given the policy enacted by the Shields, Fenrirs, and Thunderbirds to hold a toll for non residents, the Black Knight has stepped forward to collect information on the residents should they opt in. Black Order Personnel have been dispatched to encourage citizens of Theria to volunteer their own information to register so that they may have protections from foreign policy in the near future. Those valuing their privacy are not bothered, and submissions can be made at the Black Order's guild hall near the entrance:
