Blood Moon Eyes
#11
Only clown I see here is the person who comments on everything pertaining to the eyes...

Someone seems a little jealous.

I wonder...
who?~

While I agree it's a very gimmicky spell that for some builds can be dogshit, making it a passive seems..... 15% Ap on top seems..... yeah nah chief.

Why not just make it something like every attack causes bleed (would make that 10% AP from blood aura really put in some work) and for the love of god give that spacebar a cooldown because it's disgusting to watch someone teleport across the RPB without restraint for 20-45 seconds.

Edit to above: Also why the fuck does it teleport in the first place? You'd think a blood hidden would be more offense....

It's about as offensive as it's defensive. And I can see teleportation to droplets of blood or whatever. Understanding on that level of why if there even is a reason at all.

But honestly. 15% ap isn't anything huge. Bladestyles, interms, do this. Or so I believe they do. Other hiddens also add AP. If you think that's too much then you'd have to be looking at other things that do relatively the same for being tiers below the level of this spell.

The way I believe it'd be perfect is; Spacebar Cooldown toned to 2 seconds, supplement the lack of constant TP spam with some benefit, could be raw Pow, could be a % of AP. And make it a passive.

15% isn't huge.
30 Pow isn't huge.
Excuse me?

Ifrit gives 10 pow.
Garuda gives 20 Agi
Fomorian gives 10 vit.

Which blade style are you using that gives 30 pow. Is it one of those hidden ones?
If so, good lord. The potential to pow stack is pretty much:

Holy Aura (30 Pow), Weapon (50 Pow), 15% AP (30 Pow) = +110 Power.
I hope ur wrong about the hidden blade styles giving 15% Ap because that is absurd.

Your math is off. AP is added AFTER that. at RPL 200+ blood aura (20 pow) weapon (50 pow) you're at 270 pow. with 15% AP (270*1.15=310) that's 310 pow excluding any human racial or other buffs. Long story short that'd be overpowered for an exalted. Also, that blood droplet thing doesn't make sense but I'll drop that. You want balance for Eyes of the blood moon? 2-3sec space-dash teleport cd, lasts 20-30 seconds, 5% AP, and all attacks have a chance to bleed (ergo proc blood's 10% Ap).

Yeah yeah yeah.

It's a gross overestimation. I'm aware. I'm not saying this as a final verdict. But, something is better than nothing.
