The shadows have started to move yet to what end?

Now did one of the new Oracles break the silence and uncertainty that followed Noctis Equisol's retirement, revealing anew the new guiding hand and force for Aphros. Though belated, it'd seem that the reformations that have been set in place have settled well enough for him to make his announcement. Depicted not as the Jack Rousseau that many people knew, with a golden crown of hair, a solitary gaze filled with warmth and a warm smile on his visage -- but as the stoic and steely visage of one under helm and armor, having been watching on wings of ether.

The announcement will be official in the coming days in Aphros' square, where both the common folk, nobles and knights alike gather as one.
There are talks of a reformation across the entire Bastion as well, making sure that the traditions of Astra and Umbra will be kept and that people will be redirected to their proper positions: a reminder that the Astra and Umbra are not designations depicting whether one uses Holy or Occult, but something else entirely. Talks of the changes to come in how things will be handled, should be handled and has been handled.

There are reformations coming, to fix the balance; all to be discussed in the coming announcement.
All under Aphros are invited to come, dignitaries from allied nations are invited just as well if they wished to ferry the news back to their nations.
Additionally, those under the formal recruit of Aphros' Bastion are all required to attend -- lending to the reformations to their ranks to follow after the announcement.
