The Kingdom of Nasou

A kingdom built upon a single ideal. That one must find true freedom. A Kingdom from which separated from another. To go their own path. Of Criminals, Ex Soldiers, Those who do not belong, or those hunted for their birth. Many walks of life live here in this single Kingdom. Yet all seem to get along well. From those who had used the occults. Those born with it. To those seeking the more holy path in life. All united under a common goal. To protect their new home. To live a life unshackled by the views of others. 

Structure

The King of Nasou
One in-charge of the state of affairs in the Kingdom. 

The Council
Those who lead different departments or branches inside of the Kingdom.

The People
The most important part of the Kingdom. Those who live and breath within it. To find their own paths and ways. 



Rights of the Citizens

1. One shall not be persecuted, discriminated against, nor seen as lesser for what they are born as. For all are born under this sun and under the stars together.

2.One shall be allowed to speak. No matter the cause, nor words. One shall not be hindered for their ability to protest nor statements and views.

3.One's religion shall not be persecuted, discriminated against, nor seen as lesser. All hold their worship. And all shall keep such worship. Nor shall another be forced into worship either.

4.All shall be granted fair trial. None shall be executed nor imprisoned nor fined without the right to be given a chance to explain their case.

5.All shall be allowed to carry arms. Nor shall it ever be confiscated from them. No exceptions.

6.Those who become citizens, shall be forgiven for their past life or crimes committed. But is revoked the moment they are no longer a citizen.

7.None citizen shall be forced into war or servitude lest serving out a lawful sentence.

8.No citizen shall be extradited to foreign nations regardless of their demands.

9.No king shall hold an elite guard to his name, one loyal only to him.



Laws of the Kingdom

Stealing from fellow Citizens is Prohibited.
The act of taking from another citizen without their expressed permission.

Assault of fellow Citizens is Prohibited.

The act of maliciously attacking and injuring a fellow citizen.

Severe Harassment of fellow Citizens is Prohibited.

The act of blackmail, severe hazing, forcing another into a religion, and stalking.

Murder of fellow Citizens is Prohibited.

The act of taking a fellow citizen's life.

System of Trial

The King shall have the final say upon the punishment and sentence of the one found Guilty. While both defendant and prosecutor may make their case or find another to make their case for them. After the citizenry present for the Trial shall tell their beliefs  in the matter of who is right and who is wrong. Of what the outcome should be. From there the king shall listen to his people. And make judgment from the beliefs of his people. If the King is not Present, it shall be Queen, if not Queen then member of the Council.
