"I hope."
Following a simple tarot reading, the fortune laid out sparked a newfound passion back into the soul of a Magi that practiced Absorption Magic regularly. Seeking to learn more about the art they were a practitioner of, they began looking to legends and tales. Eventually leaning into a story told in a seldom few sea shanties. Of a formless beast that sat in wait of the deep blue. Something old enough, to be left to a mere bogeyman tale, referred to simply as "The Source". Though uncertain as to what they were the source of, the more-than-likely-false assumption that it would be easy enough to study with its age and supposed inactivity burned in the back of her mind. It was a long shot- But one that was going to be taken.
