Across the realm of Delphina, notices fall all marked with the same bolded letters across the top. Fresh from the Palace where King and Queen Caewynn reside a missive reaches the door of all the nobles of Delphina.

Noble Reform

All noble representatives of each Delphinan noble house are requried to speak to either King Tarathiel or Queen Nefeli regarding their status of nobility and why they deserve to retain their status. In the new goldening era of Delphina, nobility will be reformed. Those who have acted on behalf of Delphina in grand gesture and those who are staples of the community will be recognized and those who have remained idle will lose their privileged status within the realm.

House Caewynn, House Hino, and House Avarion are all summoned to the palace to state their cases and must do so by 2043 or be stripped of their titles without pleading their case.

The time for reforms and progress has come for Delphina, to guide the realm into a golden era it must be supported by those dedicated to it.
To follow the teachings of Lady Nemea, we aspire, we adore, and we seek to seize what we wish to be ours.

Celebration and cheers spread throughout Delphina after years of discussion and deliberation. Standing after careful consideration, four noble houses remain. Two of old and two of new.

House Caewynn

Led by Patriarch Osian Caewynn the Caewynn House retains their nobility due to active service toward the city both from the Caewynn themselves and their loyal retainers. A staple in educating the youth on Delphina, Faeborne values, and Nemea. They remain the Phoenix House within Delphina.

House Hino

Led by Matriarch Suzuki Hino, the Hino House retains its nobility due to its dedication to Delphina and the pursuit of developing the kingdom as a whole. A staple in agriculture, construction, and the teaching of Jiuweihu. They remain the House of Sacred Flame within Delphina.

House Valmonte

Led by Patriarch Seth Valmonte the Valmonte family has earned its nobility due to its military and religious devotion to the people of Delphina. Those within House Valmonte have marched within the Elzara and come to lead it and restored the active worship of Mestra within Delphina. An aid for training the youth in combat, providing support to its people in prayers and crafts, and working to construct a Temple of Mestra within the city, the Valmonte Family will begin as the House of the White Lion within Delphina.

House Veles

Led by Matriarch Noma Veles, the Veles House has earned its nobility due to its active service to the people of Delphina and the restoration of the Nemea religion. Those of House Veles have acted as guides in religion, combat, and magic as well as beneficial providers of alchemy and artificing for many years. Following the construction of the Temple of Nemea under the watchful eye of Noma Veles, the Veles House will begin as the House of the Emerald Elk within Delphina.

Nobility is not the only call for celebration, however. To better receive the voice of the people the King and Queen have formed a council from all walks of life to sit and give advice and aid on matters of Delphina and its people. Acting as the ears and active communication to the Crown, six individuals have been chosen to sit upon the Council of the Crown.

If a member of the crown cannot be contacted, any member of the council is a viable person to speak to about affairs of the state. They will then bring the information to the council and to the King and Queen.
