Witches and Occultism are rearing their ugly heads once more within Esshar, and yet even despite all of her research, Erika comes up empty handed to truly know her enemy. The Witch Trails written about in all of the history books make vague claims, such as nights lingering for a week and winters lasting for several years, but it was all fantastical fiction to her. Nothing solid. Nothing to absolutely prove without a shadow of a doubt someone was a witch, unless they showed their powers openly. The Knight wanted to avoid the witch trials of old, and avoid killing hundreds of innocents just to root out a coven or two.

So, she goes searching for more information. To the forests and locations of previous confirmed covens, no less!

Attendees: Erika cos Salis, perhaps 2-3 others, depending.
Tone: Eerie, spooky. Yet something to pursue further knowledge.
Risk: Chance of injury, of course.
Rewards: IC Knowledge of the powers of witches. How they work, and how they operate. Perhaps an item documenting such, and perhaps an holy artifact as well!
