The power of the Sunken Order festers. Cultists blessed with a new slew of fervent whispers awaken with heightened devotion. Their chants and rites are sent down into the Deep, their voices carried by the dissonant tones of the whispers of the Mori to draw those faithful of Him, whether they be from tainted waters of Kerdanhel or wanderers pledged to His name.

All are beckoned to join their kin's efforts upon the surface of Meranthe, to reinforce and spread His influence.
