Port Fortune: House Auctions!

A new notice is placed upon the notice board in Port Fortune, for all the citizens that currently live on the island:

"As some of you might remember, we have previously evicted people out of houses that were no longer used, to hand over to people that live in the Port.
However! We are neither a charity, nor do we want to run the risk of handing it over to someone who won't do anything with the place.
So, a decision had been made: An auction for each house, and all the coins acquired be used to help patch up any damage that still remains on Port Fortune following the Sunken Order's attack!
The houses on auctions and the time for the auction are listed at the bottom of the notice, with both houses' doors unlocked to let people take a peek inside beforehand.

Due to IC circumstances, the auction is postponed to saturday 22/10/22, 6:00 pm est! Apologies for the trouble.

Also of importance: The starting bid for each house will start at 15000 coins!

Sometime after the time posted for the auction, a new note was added to the notice board in Port Fortune.

"Due to lack of activity in the auctio, be it due to bad timing or due to those who originally had shown interested getting sick? The idea to have the houses be bid had been dropped.
Instead, I'll be selling the houses to any citizen who wishes to purchase them based on the house's value, and have the coin collected that way to help repair Port Fortune.
I had put signs by the houses with prices for each house, for anyone that's interested.
