As the morning sun rose to shine its first rays of light upon the island, the doors of two houses had a paper posted upon them, reading as such:
To whoever might still own the house and reads this paper.
Due to not seeing any owner of the building within Port Fortune in the past couple of years, we have marked the house for forced eviction and reclamation of the property under the Southern Sea Company banner, so that the place can be handed over to the citizens without home that truly need it.
If by chance there is a mistake, and you are an active citizen of Port Fortune or there is some other kind of misunderstanding?
Contact the Southern Sea Company in the coming year, before we'll act upon the eviction notice.
