Moonlight Orphanage

It's here! The church-sponsored Moonlight Orphanage is now open for service! Managed by Reese and Lillia, the two Asperan church members work dutifully to take care of the many, many children unfortunate enough to end up there. They have other staff as well, like teachers for basic reading and writing for the younger and older ones that stay or attend the facility.
They have a set of specialized, magic teachers for the ones who are born with such power. They have Medical, Alchemy, Artificing and music!
Children's housing is also given for free to them, up until the age is eighteen if they decide to stay within the facility for that long.
