Arming Dal'Thala

Tell them to approach one of our Artificers for a free weapon. Should materials be required, we will supply them.

The Magis of Dal'Thala is arming themselves as decreed by the Hive Queen.

Are you a citizen of Dal'thala? And do you find yourself in need of new armaments? Then you may approach Lionel Avarion, Catalyst or Vessix to see about receiving a weapon free of charge - Up to Mythril/Orichalcum rarity the ores will be provided, anything else you must bring yourself.
You are welcome to bring your own ore as well, however the two Artificers will be receiving the Ores required by the State to craft a large sum of weapons for the population.
They may approach the Treasurer Annalyse for additional ores should they require it.

To be eligible for the above, you must be:
* A citizen of Dal'thala
* An active member of the Hive's military force, the Lightgarde or otherwise a citizen willing to defend their city in times of war.
