• Years progressed within the time of Meranthe. With it came a testament of those who seek something different than a passing war - A settlement affording safe haven to all individuals. The only groups who would not fall under this umbrella of safety are those who lie with Necromancers and Witches. 
  

• A small isle, just off the southern coast of Meranthe. Yet in its size it was rather bountiful, full of resources and life. The horizon glimmering upon the treacherous water that surrounded the overly grown piece of land. In their wake houses and inns were being setup, and a market was soon to be established.
  

• The community funded by those within its ranks. A collection of like-minded individuals, gathering under the banner of Mina Solis.
  

All to those who are seeking a place within the safe haven should look to Tomro Leyfrea or Refur. The Isle continues to stay open, welcoming any visitors that fair the trip.

Following negotiations between their respective representatives, the peaceful seaside settlement of Mina Solis has come to recognize the Freeport of Fortune as their suzerain. Now officially titled the Protectorate of Mina Solis, the settlement's security is now guaranteed by the Freeport. In exchange, the Protectorate has ceded its international affairs and relations to its new suzerain, as well as agreeing to provide a modest tribute of lumber on a yearly basis. Foreign representatives with any official interest in Mina Solis will be directed to consult with the port's own authorities. Domestically, the Protectorate is permitted its own affairs and governance, and so the laissez-faire permission of all things peaceable and not affiliated with abominable magics remains unchanged.

All in all, life continues much the same as it had previously in Mina Solis. Now simply under the watchful eye of Port Fortune.
