"Most of my early training was spent in Delphinia. I know of an old runesmith that had quite the workshop. I also know said runesmith now resides in the cloud citadel. The workshop may still be automatically guarded, but I don't think they'd mind us requisitioning some tools if we manage to make it through.

Be warned though, they were known for their eccentricity. It wouldn't surprise me if they didn't move their things intentionally, to challenge those that wish to reclaim their research."
