I come mostly from other RP games, and this is my second wipe joining the Eternia community. I've always enjoyed the thought to host events and create interesting challenges/stories. So today, I'll be humoring these thoughts with an attempt to become one of your loved DM's.
Should you decide to choose me as your Dungeon Master, be mindful that I'm new and that I will be doing everything in my power to entertain you with the time I got.
We all touch grass from time to time after all.
Here's the classic format.
Event:
Responsiveness (Were their narrations posted within a reasonable time-frame and were they quick to respond?):
Balance (How entertaining were the battles, and any obstacles/traps?):
Storytelling (Did it feel like an adventure, did the content of the narrations meet your expectations?):
Fairness (Were the punishments justified and earned, was the risk to reward ratio good?)
Event Highlight:
Overall:
Any other comments:
My prefences usually lean towards dark and edgy thematics, but I can be open minded. I am not sensitive so feel free to tell me if an event went well or if it actually sucked.
Looking forward to work!

Event: Precipice Moltenfury
Responsiveness (Were their narrations posted within a reasonable time-frame and were they quick to respond?): Yes! Had many pretyped text that meant the event was well planned and for random stupid action that the group took, there was also quick and well written answers.
Balance (How entertaining were the battles, and any obstacles/traps?): It seemed balanced and in one of the bosses, the fight happened in a very different arena, a maze-like map that intended to be a spider web which add difficulty but also immersion to the battle overall.
Storytelling (Did it feel like an adventure, did the content of the narrations meet your expectations?): Yes! It felt like playing on Firelands back in WoW again.
Fairness (Were the punishments justified and earned, was the risk to reward ratio good?): I felt we actually received more rewards than injuries, but most of the risks were depending in being KOed during fights so I guess its fair.
Event Highlight: Final boss was actually Ragnaros lol
Overall: 5/7 Very fun and enjoyable. Would do it again.

Event: Into the Chasm
Name: Acantho
Responsiveness: The narrations were quick and filled with plenty of content. There was also a lot of time to respond, and the actions conduct by the players were taken into account.
Balance: The battles were difficult, but not impossible - while the obstacles? Well, I guess our group wasn't the best at solving riddles. Even so, it was quite creative and you get a extra point for that.
Storytelling: What I expected was a cave exploration and so I got it, but we also came across a temple, fun characters ( Yes I'm talking about Ter and Rath ), as well as knowing how an ancient golemcrafter imprisoned an undead entity and his passion for riddles, which made me hate him.
Fairness: The injury given was fair, the rewards even more - if we got punished it was because it was deserved. Nothing to complain.
Overall: Mahotaur is great DM, one with a great creativity - amazing icons and perfect for narrating. Going into this event was fun and would love to have him as a DM once more! Approved.

Event: Angelic Secrets - Way of the Sword
Responsiveness (Were their narrations posted within a reasonable time-frame and were they quick to respond?): There were times where I was getting minorly impatient, but above all the descriptions were pleasant and well thought out. With the length and thinking required of some of the passages, I felt like they were reasonable. However, I feel like as times the communication that a narrate was coming through would've likely quelled a lot of my impatience.
Balance (How entertaining were the battles, and any obstacles/traps?): The fights were cool, a lot of the creatures felt thematic and the leadups were appropriate. Many of the traps or obstacles felt like they required more practical thinking and allowed us to think outside of the box more often.
Storytelling (Did it feel like an adventure, did the content of the narrations meet your expectations?): The storytelling was great. I felt like I was walking through the ruins of an old kingdom and none of it really took me out of my immersion. Overall a very captivating tale.
Fairness (Were the punishments justified and earned, was the risk to reward ratio good?): I got unlucky. I got permed. But it was a chance of death and I rolled a 1 after going down a round - I was the only one. The rewards were nice, though. No explicit gear, but the ending reward (a corrupt angelic demon slaying sword dev item) was fantastic and a lot of the dev items are either easy to integrate into something or able to be made into something by itself (I KEPT THE SWORD!). I'm going to try and see if it can end up better than my current weapon!
Event Highlight: The ending boss was fantastic. A Nethradin in the guise of an angel, wielding an old angelic weapon? It was unbelievably sick. Hindsight was 20/20 when I got tricked by it in the dumbest way, TOTALLY my fault, but the false dreams were cool and he worked well to craft each one despite maybe not knowing each of our backstories.
Overall: Extremely fun event, would want to have as DM again.
Any other comments: Tell me when you're narratin' BOY. Also fantastic use of props.

Event: Angelic Secrets - Way of the Sword
Responsiveness (Were their narrations posted within a reasonable time-frame and were they quick to respond?): Responsiveness was good if I remember. Event took awhile, but we had a lot of bosses. And a lot of narrarations that weren't just simple RP's. There was a lot of dev, and serious moments.
Balance (How entertaining were the battles, and any obstacles/traps?): The fights were very cool, if I remember correctly one of the bosses even used jump to like jump onto us. Very cool fights over all.
Storytelling (Did it feel like an adventure, did the content of the narrations meet your expectations?): Stortelling was great. It met my expectations for sure, and at the end. Though we did not see a real angel, the RP was amazing.
Fairness (Were the punishments justified and earned, was the risk to reward ratio good?): I got a unique dev item, and no perms. Only 1 of us got permed and it was because they rolled a 1. I think it was good rp and all of it was fair.
Event Highlight: Epic ending boss, giant chad nethradin disguised as Angel. Dumb heroic sam thought he was real for a sec, but got tranced. Almost got owned but his epic spirit blade woke him up from the dream and allowed him to fight.
Overall: One of the best events I have been on, probably the best. Would like this DM again for sure
