Delphinia asked to meet after Vdalion declared war. I gathered representatives of every sect. I representing Kallis and Umbra, Brick and Orexius representing Walt, Hadrian Dominic representing Astra, Aspera, and the military. The only one truly not represented was Montelione, we did try to find a representative in Sune but she did not feel comfortable doing so, as she has no administrative position.

Hadrian Dominic willingly came to the meeting, but left early before the Delphinians met us because they took too long.

Even though every effort was taken to ensure all Aphros government was represented? I told them I did not hold the authority to make promises, only that I could do my job and negotiate.

I made them offer us half the cost of building our own watchtower. Quite certain with Aphros support I could've gotten them to offer more, in exchange for a non-aggression pact with them. However, it included the hive. I told them this would be extremely unlikely to pass, that I would only return home and delay.

No money was taken, mostly because of the idiocy of those behind my assassination. Just saying, but we would've been up a watchtower and them a watchtower down. We would've gone to war with them anyways for their brazen expansion with that mining village.

I brought it up for a vote, to which I had Emris, myself, Walt, in my favor. Hadrian the only one against, though I told him Aphros outvoted him? I didn't go through with it because of the obvious attempt at sowing dissent it would cause.
