An Umbral Missive outside the Mines
#1
[Image: unknown.png]

In the dark of the night, a multitude of signs and missives would be hammered around the mines a brief jaunt north of the city of Aprhos. When approached, the ink upon the signs and pieces of parchment seemed to alight with a gentle glow, to be read as follows:

Quote:By the order of Umbra Knight Captain Vaelrun Emris, these mines shall be patrolled by the soldiers of Aphros' Bastion to protect the sanctity of it's citizens whom often frequent it's walls. Furthermore all attempts to tax or bar entry to the mines by foreign entities shall be received by the Bastion as hostile action and noted as a casus belli.

The security of Aphros and it's peoples will be handled with swift and decisive action.

Outsiders shall still be allowed within the mine, but watched with scrutiny until proper diplomatic attempts have been made.

A Joint Compromise

With the officials of Aphros and Vdalion met face to face, a compromise of joint militant presence to prevent unruly blockade of the mines has been agreed upon. The conditions to met upheld until further parley are that even soldier presence is to be upheld by both sides, with further discussion on the matter to be announced for better detailing on the conditions to be met by both nations.
