Relatives
Currently there is little intention on approving direct siblings of the current Lady Montelione, but that is not to say that there may not be a few young cousins running around as well. As a general note, those of the family are of human descent primarily though, of course, if you desire to apply for a Faceless or Neph while also being born into the family there is no issue with that. It is expected for members of the house to have either some alchemical or medicinal training throughout their up bringing though some exceptions could be made should they show extreme promise in another field.  As far as physical features the Montelione family is known to be on the taller side in terms of how tall a human can reasonably grow. Blue eyes are especially prominent within the family line as are hair colors that reside on the dusty side of things. [Light greys, dusty browns and occasionally pale reds]

Patronage
Unlike direct relatives, those who seek a patronage from House Montelione can be quite numerous depending on interest. Those that show a great deal of mental prowess and potential may find themselves either directly invited or can apply themselves for Patronage, wherein they would receive training as well as access to the resources of the noble house. In return, they will also find themselves in service to the House during and after the time of Patronage taking on any varying position within the Lord/Lady's court. [Examples: Court Wizards, House Alchemists, Doctors, Researchers.]

Other Employment/Service Opportunities
Beyond direct patronage House Montelione also seeks a multitude of other already skilled and honed minds to bolster the house. With the promise of resources and the support of the noble house they seek out those from varying walks of life to aid in the House's pursuits. But who exactly are they looking for?

Tomb Raiders/Adventurers - Anyone with the skill and the guts to delve into places they likely should not be in hopes of uncovering old relics or pieces of knowledge are greatly sought after by the Monteliones. Ever seeking to grow their collection those with the acumen to aid in that task are valued highly by those of the house. 

Doctors/Surgeons - Medical professionals within the family are coveted highly, and those outside are often times invited into the house's employ in order to ensure that those practicing within Aphros have the appropriate facilities to work within. This also allows them a space to more properly practice and experiment should their pursuits fall in accordance to the standards of the House and the laws of Aphros. 

Scholars/Alchemists - The House of the Gryphon also finds itself in need of straight up researchers and scholars. Those that desire to unravel the mysteries of the world around them and work on adding the vast collection of knowledge that the Monteliones have procured over the decades. Serving similarly to the doctors, the family wishes to make that space to research, experiment and further pursue lost knowledge in a productive and efficient fashion.
