A Duelist's Challenge!

Chance has proved himself to be a duelist that not many could boast about defeating. Throughout
the years, he has defeated almost every duelist in Esshar, earning himself a reputation of one of the
strongest duelists that has graced not only Esshar, but the whole world.

One after another, the duelists of Esshar fell at his feet as he claimed victory time and time again in his
duels against the denizens of all the major cities.

But there remains one adversary that he has yet to face. The legendary duelist - Atem!

The time has come that the undisputed prodigy of Arcana treads upon the forbidden grounds of Kings,
challenging Atem for the title of the legendary duelist in a high-stakes duel that will mark both the
history and the future of Arcana!

The one who completes the puzzle will inherit the Shadow Games and will dispense justice to all, and judge evil. 

"There are two things I'll never do: Refuse a challenger or give up before the last card is drawn. You're on, Chance."

The duel has concluded, and Chance suffered a defeat at the hands of Atem.
Chance: 0 HP remaining...
Atem: 6 HP remaining...

Unable to burst through the impenetrable defence that Atem has bolstered against his machines, Chance has been defeated. Furthermore, due to activating the G.A.T.E. - Chance's points have reached zero after his loss, making his next duel the one to decide whether or not he would continue on the path of Arcana.
SUDDEN DEATH.
The G.A.T.E. card was revealed, along with the first appearance of the Spirit of Authority...!


Yet, despite the loss and the impending doom lurking over him, Chance continues in his journey to become the Legendary Duelist.
