"...my dreaded sons, my wicked daughters, I bring you into this world for but one purpose;
You will aid me in the culling of Esshar's blights."
Camazotz:
Among the horrors that reside on Eternia, the sands of time consume the names of most. Nymus is but one of the abominations subject to such a fate. During his time, during his reign, few upon Valmasia's soils could utter the warmongering imperfects name without vocalizing their fear. Despite his propensity for war, he was capable of sharing his power through branding those he deemed worthy with a curse.
This curse would grant those with a mere fragment of a yokai's power, and it's this very curse that'd been placed upon a legion of unsuspecting...bats. Using the power of a yokai's soul, now within her possession, Seraphina sought to replicate this act.
Hundreds of bats were slaughtered, killed over and over, until a few proved capable of housing but a mere portion of the fel power bestowed upon them. Of the survivors, they were bred and subject to terrible experimentation. Attempts to expedite their growth were made using concoctions inspired by Annabelle of Tilandre's styx plague. This resulted in bat-like creatures capable of wielding the occult, with yokai-like properties.
Despite creating creatures that yearned for the flesh of demons, that desired endless growth...
...their creator found them to be less than ideal.
So homage to the sinners of a forgotten age is paid once again as she learns of a half-angel under the name of Judael Loki. Like the others, this is but another whom is not subject to the same curse as she, but their depraved arts have been documented through the memories of ancient beasts, and the Hirano bloodline.
It speaks of his curse placed upon mankind, the curse of sin, and while the exact method to replicating this is never found, this act does provide inspiration to a key factor in creating the ideal demon-devourers.
Seraphina has long since been capable of blessing mortals with the divine power that lingers within her blood. In an attempt to push their evolution in the direction she deemed fitting, the abominations were subject to being shrouded in divine light tainted by occultism. Coupled with this, and her ability to see mana circuits and manipulate souls, she flooded their circuits with potent mana, and tethered their souls to herself.
To enforce loyalty, and forever feed their minds with the desire to slaughter all demons.
It's this final push that results in the first Camazotz.
Mutants with a yearning for demon flesh, and a tether to a fallen demi-angel.

-Three slots for these bat creatures are available
-Your primary job will be to hunt demons and their allies, effectively serving as antags for the antags
-They have human racials, but have the fluff of having a bat-like aesthetic.
-They start at 180 rpl with a master stance, and free occult unlock (occult isn't mandatory, but seeing as how occult rituals and mutations created these things, they'll have an innate tie to the dark arts)
-The above statement is a lie, one of you will be forced to be an occultist crafter to help with the creation of demon/devil slaying artifacts (and perhaps the occasional spooky ritual or two)
-You cannot go holy
-Dm Kale#4173 if interested in playing one
-Once all three are chosen we'll do the final ritual to bring you into the world
