Knowledge in Ruin, Pandemonium is Progress

Novus lies in ruin after victory of the Demon Slayers along with the joined forces of Galamea's High Lord and his most trusted Rhoynur of Ilian. After claiming the streets as their own, they set off a device that was meant to sink the city and leave it in utter turmoil. A blast so large that it was nearly capable of sinking the peninsula and giving it a voyage to the bottom of the ocean, creating a sunken treasure of wealth.
 
Though, in a world of Magi not every outcome is clear. Even with victory in the hands of the Demon Slayers and the beast they unleashed, a machine that is far more monster than Magitech, the peninsula it stands although in ruin.
 
The streets are plagued by the monster's hunt and it is not safe to travel. Magi scour the streets and rubble in attempts to secure any knowledge or research that might have lived such destruction.
 


 If anything is clear, it is this.
  
Novus will not be safe until Pandemonium is stopped.

Event for those of Novus to stop the further destruction of their city. The city will still be majorly destroyed and the map will be edited to reflect such (exactly what is changing will be shown to you all soon) , many buildings reduced to rubble and the place overall a lot less pretty.
 
This event will be extremely high risk and bloody (expect potential death), but it will offer rewards for defeating the monster known as Pandemonium and also work towards fixing what was destroyed.

It began with Pandemonium.

It ends in Pandemonium. 

For ten days and nights the faceless spawn of the Pandemonium hunted all of Novus. Lack of evacuation meant that only the magi could survive amid the rubble and smoke. The northern part of the island has been completely taken over by the entity, and the citizens are given the opportunity to amass a final stand, a chance to sink or swim before the inevitable follows. 

If a valiant defense isn't put up, then ruin is guaranteed.

After ten days and ten nights of endless destruction, surrounded by the miasma of Pandemonium, Novus finds themselves finally ready to face what the Demon Slayers brought to their lands.  Non-magi evacuated, those who sought no involvement gone, leaving only those loyal and devoted to the city left to face the beast amongst the rubble. 
Standing at the forefront of the army that has assembled, the Chancellor and Councilman, Eris and Rozen Vorso, lead the fray. The founders of the city seeking to defend it once more.

Against the Docros and New Tannen?

Against the spineless fighters that sat outside our boat to slaughter our citizens?

Against the Demon Slayers and the disgraceful alliances that failed us despite their promises?

We are the City of Progress, the City of Innovation. Created before the likes of Promethia and the Demon Slayers and we will stand longer than those who seek to rival us and bring our destruction.

With the Blessing of Zethariel, we will bring a new future to the East. Pandemonium is nothing next to the Blessing of the Fallen.

Blessed over life. Blessed beyond death. Given our responsiblity to bring balance to the world.

Novus does not fear the reaper for the Angel of Death is the one to bless the blood of their founders.
