The Osronan church has come across a lot of  corruption in its time upon Esshar.  For many years they have collected the belongings of witches, demons - pretty much anything and anyone that didn't agree with their ideals.  Information coming from one of the Docro's contacts within the walls of the Shimmering City, has led him to believe they keep these artifacts in the deepest parts of Osrona. That they are hidden away within its depths to keep the effects of these items from affecting their citizens.  Vasilli aims to not only take some of these rare and forgotten artifacts, but to unleash something dreadful over the city itself.

A darkness that will effect the city as a whole, if possible.

It all depends what he's willing to put on the line.
