In memory of Ambassador Taipan Lewra, the Novus council will be holding a memorial service in his honor. 
Considering that Mr. Lewra touched many lives during his time on this plane, special permission may be acquired to attend the funeral for those who are not allies or are hostile entities with Novus. Contact Chancellor Eris Vorso for a writ of passage.

The service is to be a non-violent affair. Leave your personal problems and affairs at the door. The night will be for Taipan, not for violence.
