A Radiant Declaration

The Rhoynish Radiant would speak before he goes to bed. Tired as he maybe and injured he is known for his hard work and ethics.

"I watch Osrona alot. Watch it many times and some many not notice. But i see it all. I hear it all. I know it all. You may not think i know but i shall bring change for a better dawn. I shall gain the support of the higher and nobles. Because my change is what this city needs. I will address everything from the status. To the races. To what things need to be improved and what things need to be ended. Ignore as you might but this Rhoynish heart is known for overcoming things. 

I will like for everyone of Osrona to the poor, to the nobles to my Queen, to my Lightbringer and to those so forth on to hear my words of and see my actions. My duty is to bring justice. To bring glory. To bring hope. No one can stop me. That is the promise of a Osrila."

1. Budget for the First Light
2. Funding for a bigger training area
3. Funding for a easier transportation to allies of Mox and Galamea
4. Speaking to the people more actively and hearing opinions
5. Pushing for making a pub that's open to free gatherings.
6. Home checks and stall checks
7. Daily Patrols 
8. Ceremonies for rankings 
9. Honoring the Fallen each 3 or 5 years
