Following a meeting between the Royal Osronan Crown and the Moxtlian Warchief - Head Shaman duality, the two nations have banded part of a Coalition against the common enemy.

The meeting is said to have concluded without event, and shortly after the departure of Osronan royalty and foreign ministers, a joint missive is relayed:

Effective immediately:

• Any Moxtlian citizen (as recognized by Moxtlian authorities) arrested by Osrona will be tried as per Moxtlian discipline and within Moxtli, even if outside their desires. Similarly, any Osronan citizen (as recognized by Osronan authorities) arrested by Moxtli will be tried and punished as per Osronan discipline in Osrona. 
  
• Above ruling holds exception to Moxtlians who commit offense towards Osronan law, and Osronans who commit offense towards Moxtlian rule, and applies primarily within the case of Treason and Evading Arrest.
  
• Any prisoner taken of the common enemy will be allowed access across the ranked officials of both settlements, yet will remain where first incarcarated and punished as per their law.
  
• Any act or offense or defense against settlements both Moxtli and Osrona are in active war against will be supported by the other settlement in combatants, equipment, rations and medical aid.
  

A brief addendum by the end of the missive reminds all that this is not a defensive pact, or an alliance between these two nations.


Yet as with all, whispers spread of the topics discussed within the meeting;

• It is rumored that the possibility of an alliance was discussed, yet adjourned. But made and refused by whom is uncertain.
  
• Word spreads that the person of Sariel ven Pelleaux was mentioned in the meeting.
  
• It is said that the Head Shaman held the physical form of a large panther for the duration of the meeting.
  
• Therein laid a surprising lack of mention of the city of Promethea throught the meeting.
  

However truthful all is yet unknown.
