The art of melding flesh and steel is not always one of utter perfection. 
While some strive to develop more and more human forms, making machines and forms to mimic their own image; others find a calling in the scientific and literal melding of flesh and machine. 
One such individual, a once brilliant mind driven mad by the hungering darkness around him left behind only his grotesque creations as a testament to his vile pursuit. 
Ever patrolling the empty halls of a long defunct Barsburgian outpost there is rumor that something else within the darkness has taken hold of these machinations. 
The secrets which the halls hold will be uncovered, and what rests within will either serve to further the goals of The Order or be snuffed out in their wake.

While Promethia as a whole focuses on one target. Quartermaster Xiao sets her gaze to the side for a moment to follow her curiosities into the shadows.
