A missive is sent out by the Lewran Agency's founder. It would seem an item of interest has been lost to time, it would be remiss not to try and locate it. 

"I'm quite confident in my runic knowledge... but I'm always looking to expand my vocabulary. An item was sold at an Okabe auction so many years ago, Patroclus' Runic Journal. I was to copy its contents, but unfortunately I lost contact with the original owner. I'd recently seen one of the items they purchased at that same auction out and about... so I thought I'd put in the effort to search for it.

If you have information about its whereabouts, please send a letter to Taipan Lewra. We can discuss a trade."

It takes within an hour to arrive, a sealed envelope marked with the signet of the Waystone's former proprietor, a photograph of the journal in question's cover within.
Upon the back?

"No."

A letter arrives. Taipan Lewra takes to a public stage to issue a statement. No clarification as to the topic is given.


He immediately leaves said stage.

Hours prior to the rebuttal offered by the former proprietor of the Waystone, there was a scene that'd seen to the return of this particular journal to it's owners hands.
