Daughter of Athelaide Naysien & Stella Vanreth, and sister of Opal, Emerson and Veero most remember her as a very angry and dissatisfied woman. Standing over six and a half feet in height with two sets of draconic horns protruding from her head she stood as the berserker Black Priestess for many years. Your time with her was a short one as right around what would have been your fifth birthday she was captured during Osrona's assualt on the ruins of the Baleford Bridge. Dragged back to the Shimmering City and later executed at the hands of her captor and current head of the Astor family, Acacio ven Astor most of her weaponry and ebon-bound armor remain in enemy hands. Never the coddling sort, she wasn't a source of warmth in the slightest during those short years you shared with her. She would rather you find comfort in faith and in Naysien as opposed to from her personally. She would have encouraged the development of the occult when you were young and would not have taken many measures to stop the near constant flow of such energies around you. 

Like your mother theres quite a few dead family members. Your Uncle is the Forgemaster though and a pretty good musician. Your grandfather is... well he's Athelaide. Take from that what you will... As for non-blood family members you would likely consider Meraxes Naysien and Mya as Unlce/Aunt figures respectively. 

Your Father...

Devout Cleric of Naysien and son of Kentas & Maya Naysien he is a master of manipulating the reality around him to fit the desires of the Ebon Goddess. Fanatical is a good word to describe most of those who follow The Avenger, but Amnon has never allowed anything to trump his religious fervor bestowing blessing upon blessing upon the denizens of the Coat to draw them closer to Naysien when they fall injured. Certainly nowhere near as dead as your mother is, he takes no shame in spoiling you in the ways your mother always refrained. Even more so after her death as he has raised you alongside two, younger half-siblings. A masterful faith healer he is a steadfast example of what can be achieved through faith in Naysien and much like your mother would have fully indoctrinated in the tenets of the Ebonblooded. 

More recently he has taken to preparing you to be ready for the world outside of his direct guidance. Even more of a change has been the shift down towards the Waystone area after the execution of your mother. You are surrounded by both the best and worst that Esshar has to offer outside of Naysien's shadow.

-Are technically a bastard but so is half the Coat so who cares?
-Won't have a last name. Go earn it. 
-Likely share your mother's hatred for Osrona above the Dreadwoods. (More than half of your family is dead because of them after all)
-Might lose an eye at some point... runs in the family on your mom's side.
