Your father, a man of few titles. His early days were spent at the Academy where he'd meet your mother, and his life after the fact would be consumed with restoring and upkeeping the now prosperous city of Moxtli.

Aschea is his patron deity as opposed to many Teraphim who roamed Esshar to this day. As a result the tenants of balance would be instilled within you from a young age. Though in that same vein you would also learn a little about the Weaver's philosophies of chaos and discord. True balance meant an understanding of both good and evil, and Ellisar would do his very best to offer that understanding to his children.

Care and love would be given in unrestrained amounts as the elf would learn from his early youth to cherish any and all relationships one had. His own family had been broken apart through the means of heartbreak. He wouldn't allow his spawn to be the cause of such. 

VIOLET

Your mother, a cripplingly timid woman of no fame. A background fixture during the Academy class of the 1880s, her crowning achievement is the wedding of your father.

Of Osronan birth, yet neither in love with nor at odds with the Shimmering City, she was content to leave it behind in order to join your father in Moxtli, where she spent all of her adult life—and therefore, all of your life. Having been subjected to a revolving door of foster caretakers in her youth, the sanctity of a whole and happy family is something she's pursued with fervor.

While her emotions have always been touchy as a closeted occultist, she's never taken them out on you or your father, having the tact and practice to restrain herself in such cases. As firm believer in an eye for an eye and well rounded, balanced comeuppance for people's actions, and while she worships no specific religion, she does find the knowledge of their tenets valuable for an individual to understand the world and its people better. Where your father taught you of Aschea and the Weaver, she would've taught you of Celestialism and the Ebonblooded faith.
