Fliers blanket the streets of every major civilization along with the trees and rocks near the one's that don' thave roads!  The handwriting was clearly that of someone other than the young Gun For Hire... Had he really hired a pensman just for this?

This man has done a great disservice in slighting everyone's favorite Businessman, Danny Vaygo!  A man of the People who serves with jobs too large for the average man to tackle as well as those too small and tedious for the grand heroes to bat an eyelash at.
This man Lythaniel has slighted the Valiant Danny Vaygo, and as such has been condemned to a true punishment
From this day forth, he will be known as SHORT GUY!
For no matter how tall he may grow through unnatural means, he will always be short in sight!

In a hurry the fliers are replaced with slightly modified ones.  It seems the Vaygo boy remembered suddenly that the culprit was one, Emery Vorso!

It seems that the person writing these for Mr. Vaygo made a mistake and mispelled Emery Vorso.  Spelling it as Lythaniel.  Call Emery Short Guy!... Also Bully Lythaniel for money though!
