That should be simple and just for some extra flavor, but being able to put regular enchants on the runic scroll, and not the regional wards is a little strange. Besides, it could increase the usefulness for these rituals, as in, to give them to patrols and scouts so they can use the rituals on the field, while camping, or something. Specially the "Regional Guardian Ritual" for the halved flee route, for maybe when a small group is RP'ing a scouting and patrolling camp out there.
