A missive is sent across Esshar, from the ruins of Pauper all the way to the Dreadwood forests. An invitation to join something better than oneself. To be a part of the future. The newly formed settlement of Novus, vassal of New Tannen, welcomes any and all brilliant minds to join the beginning of the future.
Engineers, artificers, alchemists are all encouraged to come to the new city off the shores near the Tarian Mountains where they will be welcomed in to work on innovative projects and advanced technology.

What these projects are specifically? Only the chosen will find out.

What is expected? Loyalty. Allies of New Tannen are welcome with open arms, but those who opposed the Empire's forces will be asked to cast away their current ties and join Novus formally if they wish to partake in creating the revolutionary technology of tomorrow.
